enmaa.com.eg →A five-day wellness challenge in the Sanad Business app, from 27 September to 1 October 2026. Every day combined movement, a short coaching film and a team chat, with points feeding a live leaderboard.
One minute on how Enmaa Finance went from a first conversation to a challenge with its team, and then to an annual contract.
Every day opened with a short coaching film in the app. Day 1 asks a simple question in Egyptian Arabic: why isn't your body happy at your desk? The goal: better health, so productivity goes up.
Completion = tasks completed ÷ tasks assigned. Bands are the app's distribution across all active accounts.
Employees watched about 78% of the coaching films on average, 90 minutes in total. Film minutes are as logged in the app.
23 of 24 active accounts finished at least half the programme, and 18 reached 75% or more. A five-day format lets people start fast, and they did.
Six employees completed 100%, and each of them also scored the maximum 160. Full completion is the signal to build the next cohort around.
The six who finished every task walked 427,596 steps, almost half of all steps. A leaderboard and a prize give the most motivated people room to lead.
Eight people posted 121 messages, about 15 each. Challenge chat gives a distributed team a shared place to compare, tease and cheer.
On average employees watched 3.9 of about 5 minutes of coaching films, so the daily film worked as a habit anchor next to the steps.
The annual contract was signed on the challenge's last day. The pilot itself was the proof; the report to HR made the renewal an easy yes.
Short lines for calls, decks and follow-up emails. Each one is backed by the challenge data on this page.
“All participants truly enjoyed the challenge. We are now looking to start a new wellbeing challenge for one month.”Deputy HR Manager, Enmaa Finance
